Thanks its very simple, you just need a program that has a vector based line tool. I use Flash CS3 but any flash program is fine for just drawing with. If u have any questions please ask them and i'll answer.

Do that mean that you draw the robot i a program like adobe photoshop and then put color in it in a flash program?!

Lol you use the line tool and manipulate the lines. It takes a while to get used to it but it works incredibly well. I used the line tool to make nearly all my drawings.
